Founder and CEOTomas, our Founder and CEO, has over 30 years of experience working with international companies as a senior partner and lawyer. With a law degree from the prestigious Charles University in Prague, he has been consulting clients on AML and compliance-related matters since 1998. Tomas has extensive expertise in regulated industries both within and outside the EU, having previously served as a lawyer at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and worked with Skoda Auto. His impressive legal background and deep understanding of international operations enhance our team’s ability to navigate complex compliance challenges effectively.

Founder and Compliance Manager
Reinis, our Founder and Compliance Manager, holds a professional BS in Political Science, an LLM in Transborder Commercial Law, and an active CAMS certification. This unique combination provides him with a significant advantage in his role. With over 10 years of experience in regulated financial services, Reinis has served as both CEO and senior AML consultant. From 2017 to 2024, he was the CEO and senior legal manager at a regulated financial services company in the EU, overseeing the onboarding of over 300 clients in accounting, legal, and corporate services. His expertise in technical compliance matters, including KYC, customer onboarding flows, internal process implementation, and licensing, enhances our team’s ability to deliver effective compliance solutions.
